How Long Will it Take for Me to Get My Order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 days after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. There may be exceptions for out of stock items and custom made items such as specialty glasses and lens kits. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

There may be potential delays in shipping due to a high volume of orders or other variables that are outside of our control.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your package. Shipping carrier options and costs will be calculated and displayed upon checkout. You get to choose your shipping carrier!

How Do I Check the Status of my Order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You are also welcome to email us to check on the status of your order at info@techopticsinternational.com and we’ll look into it for you.

One of our carrier options is DHL who ships to just about every country in the world. We also use USPS and UPS Worldwide.

Returns & Refunds

Anytime within a year of purchase:

  2. We send you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. When we receive the item, we send you your money back.
  4. Returns on Internationally shipped orders will be handled case-by-case.

If a product fails you anytime within a year:

Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. We might ask for a photo of the damaged item. We’ll address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work out a satisfactory solution.
